• Request is raised within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos

Return Conditions:

• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• Original tags and packaging must be intact

Returns will not be accepted for used items or requests made after the allowed timeframe.

Refund Process

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
