Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged or defective
  • Wrong item has been delivered

The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos for verification.

Return Conditions

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase (invoice/order ID) is required

Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Used, washed, or damaged products after delivery
  • Requests raised after the allowed timeframe

Replacement Option

In case of damaged or incorrect items, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.
